Riverdene Stud bred, raised and sold Wind And The Lion became a multiple Listed Race winner when claiming the HG Bolton Sprint (1200m) at Bunbury. Previously successful in the Listed Placid Ark Stakes (1200m) at Ascot last November, the striking brown/black son of Written By was sent to post the $2.25 favourite of the nine-horse black-type contest and proved to be a game winner.

The property can be reached in under four hours drive south from Warwick Farm racecourse, and just over four hours drive north from Moonee Valley racecourse. It is ideally located to walk mares into stallions standing on the rosters of studs located in southern NSW and northern Victoria.
